All pizzas are about 12” and prepared Neapolitan style. Pizzas cook in less than 90 seconds at 900 degrees. Gluten-friendly dough is available for $5.

SAGE
The simplest of our packages, the“Sage” is a rotation of assorted gourmet wood fired pizzas of your choice from our menu.
KEELEY
Building on the package above, we add a choice of salad (Caesar, house or greek), with your choice of homemade salad dressings. Salads are served buffet style, but can be packaged individually for an additional fee.
SULLY
The complete meal package! The event begins with a choice of appetizer in addition to the assorted gourmet pizzas and salads, and ends with a dessert pizza of your choice.
What To Expect
Ignite your taste buds with our mobile wood-fired pizza oven set up and catering service. Experience the authentic flavors of artisanal pizza in the comfort of your own location.
We'll arrive about one hour before the start of your event to setup and get the oven warmed up. Once hot, we can cook a pizza in about 90 seconds.
Our pizzas are made on site. We use our own fresh dough, hand toss them and cook them in our mobile wood fired pizza oven. We serve everything buffet style which allows your guests to sample all the flavors of pizza you selected and helps maintain a smooth flow of service.
We require enough space to park the oven and setup our workstation. The minimum amount of space needed is 12ft x 20ft. The oven can be setup any where you can park a car (driveways, curbside, parking spaces, etc).
Paper products are included in all packages.
The Details
DEPOSIT: A 25% deposit is required to reserve the date of event. Full payment is due prior to the start of the event.
SERVICE FEE: A 20% service fee will be added to the invoice. The service fee is calculated on the pre-tax total.
TRAVEL: We travel all over the Texas Hill Country. The first 50 miles of travel are included. Additional travel fees of $2 per mile roundtrip will be added for events past the 50 mile radius from our location in Rocksprings, Texas.
STAFFING: Each quote will include the cost of culinary staffing. The number of staff is determined by your final guest count and menu selections. We do not provide wait/service staff. If you require wait/service staff please let us know and we are happy to provide a referral.
FOOD CATERING MINIMUM: 25 person catering minimums apply to all events. Please reach out for additional information on the catering minimum for the date of your event.
